Hero in Christ

My Hero

I am privileged to have a great family. If you know my family, you know what I'm talking about. God has blessed me with parents and brothers who follow Christ. My brother, Jordan is my hero and motivation everyday to pursue my calling to lead others to faith in Christ. If you did not know, my brother went to be with Jesus in August after his battle with cancer.

Recently, Jordan was honored at North Greenville University where he played basketball. The coach and players had a special time to remember Jordan's life. They retired his #20 jersey and my family was given his jersey in a special frame. I wish I was able to be there. My Dad prayed before the game and it was an encouraging time for them to honor Jordan. Here is the article for you to read.

Words cannot describe how much I miss my brother. I do not understand why, but I am learning to cling to the only hope for life and eternity, Jesus Christ.
