Josh is married to his wife, Cassidy, and they have three children, Micah, Hannah and Chloe.  

how it began

Josh and Cassidy met while attending The Baptist College of Florida in 2005. She was a freshman, he was a senior eager to graduate. They met on the basketball court, she beat him in a game of H-O-R-S-E and the rest is history, as they say. After graduation, Josh moved to Jacksonville, FL to become a full-time student pastor before proposing to Cassidy on Valentine’s Day in 2008 on the beach. They were married exactly four months later!

the journey

Over the years, Josh and Cassidy have served in ministry in various churches throughout Florida and south Alabama. Josh was a student pastor for 14 years (FaithBridge Church in Jacksonville, FL, Watermark Church in Ashford, AL and Church at The Springs in Ocala, FL) before planting and pastoring a church alongside Chets Creek Church on the north side of Jacksonville, FL. In 2020, Josh and Cassidy moved to Venice, Florida to come alongside what God was doing in The Bridge Church.

how it’s going

God answered Josh and Cassidy’s prayers for children and they were blessed with Micah, Hannah and Chloe. Micah was born with two holes in his heart that miraculously closed on their own after prayer. We praise God for the healing in his life! We love spending time as a family going to the beach, watching sports, eating Chik-fil-A and playing basketball… where it all began.
