I've always enjoyed playing video games. I remember the first nintendo that came out when I was young. Fast forward to 2014 and gaming has changed dramatically over the years.

The research that www.gamechurch.com has done will help parents understand the world of gaming...

"183  million Americans play video games for at least an hour a day and the younger you are, the more likely you are to play videogames. 99% of boys and 94% of girls under the age of 18 report to playing videogames regularly."

I hope this helps resources helps families navigate video games!

Free Stuff Friday - "Student Worship Guide"

We just revamped our student outline. Since we are a multisite student ministry, I'm learning to think differently. My friend, Frank Gil gave me this idea a week or so ago as he has gone to a monthly series plan as well.

The worship guide (or bulletin) gives info on what the student ministry is all about, what's coming up and a place to take notes.

In the past, I created a weekly outline for our student ministry but as we have moved to multisite and how much things change per week, we are trying this by series.

I'm sharing this for free today to help other youth ministries. It is in Adobe Illustrator file.
