ABOUT ME
I'm a follower of Jesus Christ, husband to Cassidy, and dad to Micah, Hannah and Chloe. I’m the Lead Teaching Pastor at The Bridge Church in Venice, FL. I'm passionate about helping people find and follow Jesus, here and around the world. For the past 18 years, I’ve been blessed to serve God.

I've served alongside great churches in the past that have helped me in my journey as a leader. My college years were spent playing sports for one year (basketball and baseball) until God called me to focus solely on ministry. I enrolled and finished a B.A. in Christian Education at The Baptist College of Florida in 2006. After entering full-time ministry I finished a Master’s of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Christian Leadership and a Masters of Religious Education from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.

In my personal time I enjoy playing basketball, golfing, surfing, fishing, and cheering on Florida State, Tampa Bay Bucs, Atlanta Braves and the Orlando Magic. But above all, I love to spend time with Cassidy, Micah, Hannah and Chloe!

WHY THIS BLOG?
My passion is to help lead people to become growing followers of Jesus. The goal of my writing is to inspire, encourage, and you. I want to share what I'm learning in my journey through life as a Christ-follower, husband, dad and pastor. You can expect to read posts on leadership, ministry and marriage, with a little sports and culture mixed in.
